Over her decades-long career, June Sarpong has become one of the most recognizable faces of British television, as well as one of the UK’s most intelligent and dynamic young hosts. She is equally comfortable interviewing politicians, celebrities and members of the public. In November 2019, she was appointed as the BBC's first director of creative diversity. She is also the cofounder of Women:Inspiration & Enterprise (WIE), which first launched in NYC in 2010 and then in the UK in 2012. WIE has featured leading speakers from across industries, including Sarah Brown, Melinda Gates, Arianna Huffington and many others. Sarpong is also the author of Diversify, The Power of Women and The Power of Privilege.
