Redefining Normal" explores the shifting boundaries of what we consider "normal" in our lives, communities, and societies. This talk invites us to question preconceived norms and challenges the one-size-fits-all approach to living, thinking, and being. Through diverse perspectives—spanning mental health, culture, technology, and identity—we’ll discover how embracing individuality and reimagining what is "typical" can lead to more inclusive, creative, and resilient societies. By exploring how norms evolve, we’ll uncover new possibilities for self-expression, connection, and progress, encouraging each of us to find our own version of normal in a world that is constantly changing.
