She is also a breast cancer survivor and social activist, using her platform to advocate for cancer awareness, women’s health, and mental well-being. Chhavi Founded-Being Woman to actively engage in social causes, leveraging her influence to drive important conversations around health and wellness. In addition to her advocacy work, she is the co-founder of SIT (Superb Ideas Trending), a digital platform known for creating engaging and relatable short films about modern relationships and family life.

Dr. Pawan Kumar Singh

Dr. Pawan Kumar Singh is the Director of IIM Tiruchirappalli and former Director of MDI Gurgaon and Director In-charge at IIM Indore. He has over three decades of academic experience, including at IIM Indore and NITIE Mumbai, and has served on high-profile government committees. Dr. Singh has trained over 25,000 professionals across industries and authored multiple books on management, personality, and life skills. His interests include travel, music, cricket, poetry, astronomy, and quotes. One of his favorite quotes is: “We are always preparing to live but never living.”

He has been a visiting faculty at Subhash Ghai's film school , " Whistling Woods International" and has acted in National award winning films such as " Haider", " Bajrangi Bhaijaan", " The Tashkent Files" amongst many more in different different get ups. He has recently been awarded a very Prestigious award known as " Director General Assam Rifles Commendation Card" for his exceptional service & contribution towards the beautiful North East part of India. He has done Theatre with Thespians such as Mr. Naseer Uddin Shah & Tom Alter.
