TEDxGMCJammu unfolded an inspiring day of ideas, stories, and conversations centered around the theme “Echoes of Impact.”

This year’s theme explored how individual actions and ideas — no matter how small — can create ripples that resonate far beyond their origin, shaping lives, communities, and the future in powerful and unexpected ways.

The event featured five brilliant speakers, each bringing their own unique lens and personal journey to the stage:

Karteek Routh shared his entrepreneurial journey, offering insights into the world of business, innovation, and the mindset required to transform challenges into opportunities.
Ankita Shah delivered a deeply moving talk on womanhood and the strength found in embracing vulnerability, including her personal perspective on the importance of open conversations around TMI (Too Much Information) and breaking social taboos.
Dr. Ashutosh Gupta reflected on the evolving landscape of medical science, drawing on his experiences to highlight the human side of healthcare and the lasting impact of compassionate leadership.
Dr. Yangchen Dolma explored the intricate interplay between cultural identity, community, and social change, encouraging a deeper understanding of diversity as a force for collective growth.
Dr. Vishal Gabale brought the audience into the world of clinical medicine, emphasizing how curiosity, empathy, and mentorship can create ripples of positive impact across generations.

From business and entrepreneurship to personal growth, medicine, and social change, each speaker’s story echoed the same truth: meaningful impact often starts small, but its reverberations can shape the world.

TEDxGMCJammu 2025 stood as a celebration of ideas worth spreading — and a powerful reminder that we all have the potential to create echoes of impact.
