TEDxSMACK Youth is a student-led initiative hosted at St. Mary’s College Kisubi (SMACK), one of Uganda’s most esteemed institutions founded in 1906. Drawing from a legacy of academic excellence, leadership, and innovation, this event is dedicated to empowering the next generation of thinkers, doers, and change-makers under the inspiring theme: “Igniting the Next Wave.”
This TEDx event brings together students, alumni, educators, and innovators from across Kisubi Hill—home to a rich ecosystem of educational institutions ranging from primary schools and vocational institutes to universities.
