Abhinav Tanniru

Abhinav is a high school student and passionate cancer researcher dedicated to exploring the intersection of medicine and artificial intelligence. With hands-on experience analyzing genomic and survival data from over 100,000 cancer patients, he has focused on uncovering the role of POT1 gene mutations in predicting patient outcomes. As a presenter at TEDx, Abhinav uses science communication to inspire others about the transformative potential of AI in cancer diagnosis and treatment. He aspires to pursue a future in oncology research and surgery.

Ameya Shirguppe

Ameya Shirguppe is a high school student passionate about exploring how education, technology, and personal growth intersect in today’s changing world. He’s led research, launched initiatives, and questioned conventional paths to success—all while still in school.

Anirudh Puvvada

Anirudh Puvvada is a rising junior at Round Rock High School with a passion for finance, law, and leadership. He serves as the DECA District 5 President, representing and leading over 4,000 members across Central Texas. Anirudh is also the co-founder of Finance Future, a student-led initiative teaching financial literacy and investing to younger students. A nationally ranked debater and 1st Place ICDC winner in Principles of Finance, he also enjoys running track, hiking, and watching movies.

Neel Hiremath

Neel Hiremath is a student at Round Rock High School with a deep interest in the intersection of medicine, policy, and public health. He’s passionate about building a healthier future by promoting wellness and driving systemic change through policy. Neel hopes to one day get involved in public health policy to create lasting impact.

Pranav Swatantran

Hi, I’m Pranav Swatantran—a student with a wide range of interests, from science and technology to philosophy and the arts. I’m always curious and love exploring new ideas, meeting new people, and finding meaning in everyday experiences. In my free time, you’ll usually find me reading, working on new projects, or spending time outdoors.

Prashant Joshi

Dr. Prashant Joshi holds a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from Technische Universiteit Delft, an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of South Carolina, and a B. Tech from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. Currently an Adjunct Faculty at The University of Texas, Austin for the electrical engineering department, he teaches courses on Verilog and Information Management. His dedication to education extends to his role at Texas State University, where he excelled in teaching Computer Architecture and Networks. As a Senior Engineering Manager at Intel, he leads teams in designing microprocessors, contributing significantly to Intel's flagship products.

Shripoorn Kulkarni

Shripoorn Kulkarni is a student advocate who uses public speaking and research to raise awareness about immigrant rights and educational equity. As a passionate communicator and active community leader, he strives to highlight the importance of access and representation for all students. His work reflects a commitment to building a future where every background is valued. He plans to pursue law to continue fighting for justice on a larger scale.

Vihaan Kundu

Vihaan is passionate about machine learning and AI always exploring how they can solve real world problems and sharpening his skills with new tools. Outside of tech, He is a 3rd degree black belt and student leader in Taekwondo. He also enjoys DECA where he applies his interest in business and innovation in competitive settings.
