In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

RW Jones

RW Jones is an advocate, author, and entrepreneur dedicated to empowering families to break free from poverty and dependency. She is known as "The Welfare Escape Artist", having escaped the cyclical welfare system herself. Her initiative "One Million Moms off Welfare" has gained national attention, and her work has changed thousands of lives.

Zachary Frisch

Zach Frisch is a Utah-based trail runner, outdoor enthusiast, and community builder known for his ambitious 2024 goal of climbing one million vertical feet, equivalent to summiting Mount Everest 34 times. He used this challenge to deepen his connection with nature and foster community through shared outdoor experiences. Zach shares his journey and passion for the outdoors on Instagram as @trailswithzach, where he encourages others to embrace consistency and find joy in the process of pursuing their passions.
