Nicole Wingard

Nicole is a 25 year old young professional from Dallas, Texas. She currently heads up Social Media marketing at SMASHD, a start up mocktail company. She competed in the Miss Texas Organization for five years holding four different titles. Her proudest achievements include when she was Miss Frisco and placed 2nd Runner Up to Miss Texas 2023, and receiving the Character and Evening Gown awards.

Sidharth Ramsinghaney

Sidharth is a Director of Strategy and Operations with Twilio with 12+ years of industry and management consulting experience. He has expertise in M&A, Strategy and Transformations. Before Twilio, Sidharth worked with McKinsey & Company leading multi-billion dollar growth transformations and turn-arounds. Sidharth holds a Masters of Business Administration (Honors) degree from Boston University Questrom School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Thapar University.
