Ngoc Vu is currently a junior at Concordia Hanoi. She is fascinated by the field of law and has always been interested in learning more about it. Her hobbies range from going out with friends to traveling. With her speech, she will explore her personal interest and discuss how cross-cultural communication can be achieved through diplomacy and laws to bridge gaps between cultures in a convergent world.

Clara is a senior at Concordia Hanoi. She loves listening to RnB music and spending time with her cat. Over the years, many things in her life have changed—her music taste, personality, and even facial features—but one thing has always stayed the same—her love for science. Microbiology is one of her favorite areas of study. Through her TedX speech, Clara hopes to break the common stereotype that “all bacteria are harmful” and show how bacteria can actually play a key role in sustainability.

Thu is currently a senior at Nguyen Sieu School. She is a biology nerd by day and a raging theater kid by night. She has always loved doing both arts and science but she often wondered how they could complement each other rather than feeling so divided. This is what encouraged her to join TEDxConcordia. In her free time, she loves to read, watch movies, go on long walks, and she especially loves yapping. Her definition of a perfect date would be sunset-watching with a side of fries!

In her free time, she likes to go thrifting with friends, read, and play cozy video games. Ngoc will touch upon AI art and its ethicality in her TED talk. By examining how technology and creativity have converged throughout history, she hopes to help others form more informed perspectives on this topic.
