Kedar Patankar

Screen Writer + Heritage Conservationist + Engineer
Kedar Patankar is a dynamic leader whose journey spans technology, storytelling, and social impact. With dual M.S. degrees in Management of Technology and Electrical Engineering & Computer Science from the US, he has over two decades of experience in semiconductor and chip design, serving as a CTO and consultant in VLSI and Embedded Systems. An avid writer, he co-wrote Kaun Pravin Tambe and Scam 2003: The Telgi Story, winning a Filmfare Award for Best Screenplay, and authored Border Post 99: No Man’s Land. He leads The Trash Talk Group, driving conservation of forts and heritage sites while collaborating with schools and government organizations. Kedar also empowers rural education in Maharashtra. His journey exemplifies the power of balancing career, creativity, and social responsibility, reflecting his belief in maximizing one’s potential for a complete life.

Pranjal Priya

Miss Universe India Pageant Runner Up + Law Student
Pranjal Priya, the First Runner-Up at Miss Universe India 2024, is a model, third-year law student, and social advocate dedicated to making a meaningful impact. With an illustrious career in pageantry, she won First Runner-Up at Miss Teen Diva in 2021 and was crowned Miss Universe Maharashtra in 2024 before securing her national title. Pranjal also actively participates in extracurriculars. A skilled debater and a national-level volleyball player, she seamlessly balances academics, sports, and modeling. Additionally, she is passionate about social work and change. She has previously volunteered with the Robin Hood NGO, which works towards reducing food waste. She is now working on an initiative of her own aimed at taking action against child sexual abuse. She is an inspiring force, using her ambition and dedication to be a voice of change. Her journey shows how confidence and passion can take you places.

Pt. Ramdas Palsule

Musician + Tabla Player
Ramdas Palsule is a highly accomplished and versatile Tabla maestro, renowned for his mastery as a soloist and accompanist in both Hindustani and Karnatic Classical music. He has exceptional skill, deep musical understanding and an innovative approach to rhythm. He is an alumnus of Jnana Prabodhini Prashala and College of Engineering, Pune. Even though he has a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, at the age of 23, he chose to follow his passion for music and dedicated himself fully to the art of Tabla. He is one of the senior most disciples of the famous Taalyogi Pt. Suresh Talwalkar. He has performed in all the eminent music festivals of India and has toured in several countries like USA, Canada, Germany, Australia, Africa and the Gulf Countries. With a strong foundation in Indian Classical Music, Ramdas Palsule has made a lasting impact as a performer, teacher, and mentor. His dedication to the art of Tabla continues to inspire and captivate audiences and aspiring musicians.

Rakhi Pal

Rakhi Pal is an enthusiastic community builder and an entrepreneur committed to empowering students. She is an alumna of MKSSS's Cummins College of Engineering, Pune where the event is being conducted. She founded EventBeep during her second year of engineering school and has transformed job options for young professionals. Through EventBeep, she has effectively linked 1,600+ leading organizations with 1.5 million students, assisting over 10,000 new hires in obtaining internships and positions in as little as four months. Recognized by Shark Tank India, Google Play, AICTE, and the Government of Maharashtra, Rakhi Pal is reshaping careers and startups. With over 6 years of experience in working with various top brands for their India-wide college campaigns, she has a mission to place 500,000 freshers by 2025, she champions young and women-led ventures, inspiring future innovators.

Sunil Limaye

Former IFS & Principal Chief Conservator of Forests
Sunil Limaye is a distinguished (retd) Indian Forest Service (IFS) officer from the 1988 batch of the Maharashtra cadre. He has also worked on various significant positions such as serving as the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (Wildlife) and Chief Wildlife Warden of Maharashtra. He retired from active service in July 2022. He introduced innovative approaches, including the "Mumbaikars for SGNP" campaign to address human-animal conflicts. His contributions to wildlife conservation earned him the rare honor of having two species named after him—the jumping spider “Jerzego sunillimaye” and the lizard “Cnemaspis limayei”. Despite retirement, Mr. Limaye is a member of the Supreme Court’s Central Empowered Committee and continues to work with organizations dedicated to wildlife protection and tribal welfare. His journey underscores that conservation is not just about protecting wildlife but fostering harmony between nature and people.
