Ilias Mahboub, a Moroccan student pursuing Molecular Bioscience at Duke Kunshan and Duke University, embodies scientific curiosity and human potential. A passionate pre-med student, his interests lie at the intersection of neuroscience and productivity. Beyond academics, Ilias is a TEDx speaker, Student Leaders Board member, varsity football player, and researcher. He balances demanding roles with excellence, guided by his motto: "If you can think it, you can do it." Ilias's TEDx talk at SASPD will focus on consistent actions for exponential growth. Drawing from neuroscience and real-world experience, he shares strategies to optimize time, energy, and focus, helping others unlock their full potential through structured thinking and intentional action.
