In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Audrey Oprica is an exchange student from the U.S. living in Poland for a school year. She is from Montana and enjoys playing sports, writing and listening to music, and making art.

Elissavet Pournara Dzieduszynska

Dr. Elissavet Pournara Dzieduszynska holds a B.A. in English (2011), an M.A. in English Literature (2013) and a Ph.D. in American Literature (2018) from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, and an M.A. in Creative Writing (2020) from the University of Western Macedonia, Greece. She currently teaches classes in English and American literature, creative writing and English as a foreign language in secondary education in Warsaw, Poland.

Helena Ochotny

Already as a kid Helena has been interested in drawing. Since then she has had many hobbies, but they were always in some way connected with art. Lately fashion has become one of her passions. She started experimenting with different interesting kinds of frames.

Ina Kaczmarczyk

Ina Kaczmarczyk is a high school senior with a passion for exploring the world through an interdisciplinary lens. In moments, when she is not occupied by studies for her matura exams you can find her going around with a podcast in her ear, reading some good-old classics, or, when in season, desperately trying to land an axel jump on her figure skates.

Kamila is a student in CLV high school. She is interested in environmental issues as well as fashion.

Katarzyna Zielińska

Katarzyna Zielińska is currently in her last year of highschool, still searching for an inspiration for her future. Depending on a day you may find her either in theatre, buried in literature, overdoing math assignments or attempting to understand physics, all of the above - her greatest passions, holding a special place in her heart.

Michał Godley

Michał is a 16-year-old high schooler. Born to a Polish-Scottish family, he has always believed in the power of blending perspectives—whether it’s through languages, cultures, or even interests. He is into politics, football and chess. Growing up with two cultures has shaped his curiosity and open-mindedness.

Zuzanna Malak

Zuzanna Malak is a third-year CLV LO student. She is interested in acting and psychology. When she first started going in the direction of acting she had many insecurities but she had to develop bigger confidence.
