Ziad is the cofounder and CEO of Oreyeon, building A.I. for airports to optimize safety and operations. He has a background in Aerospace Vehicle Design. In his talk, he points out that in environments where support for new projects, innovative ideas, or inventions is scarce, and genuine interest is often lacking, the feeling of ownership plays a vital role in driving success. This is because when external encouragement is absent, personal commitment and a sense of responsibility toward a project become the key drivers that fuel progress and make things happen.
