For her, teamwork isn’t just about finishing a task, it’s about combining everyone’s strengths to get the best results. Working together lets us solve problems in smarter ways. When people from different cultures join forces, they can tackle big challenges like climate change or smaller local problems. Collaboration becomes possible through empathy and understanding others. This talk is not just about the benefits of exercise—it’s about taking ownership of your health and avoiding common pitfalls that can hinder our progress.

Malvin is a Senior Acquisition Manager at RevoU, a leading edtech startup in Indonesia dedicated to transforming careers through technology education. With 4 years of experience in digital marketing, Malvin specializes in paid advertising, customer relationship management (CRM), and marketing analytics. He has a strong interest in using AI to enhance marketing strategies, helping optimize workflows and improve overall performance for his team and the company. Throughout his career, Malvin has taught workshops on marketing analytics, CRM, and AI at organizations such as Indosat, BRI, KPK, and Baparekraf. Beyond his work at RevoU, he has worked on various digital marketing projects for small enterprises, focusing on data-driven strategies to help businesses grow.

Ultimately, Serena's story demonstrates that advancing humanity begins with individual growth. By cultivating emotional literacy, embracing authenticity by emphasizing the power of embracing vulnerability and pursuing personal growth to become more genuinely oneself, and maintaining consistency in our efforts, we can all contribute to creating a better world, one "seed of humanity" at a time.

Sophia, a grade 8 student, discusses the power of education and literacy. She shares insights on underdeveloped areas and reflects on her firsthand experience of the consequences of a lack of education, drawing from the story of her maid/nanny who looked after her for eight years. Inspired by Malala Yousafzai’s autobiography and real-life cases of people going to extraordinary lengths to obtain an education, she highlights how literacy transforms lives and serves as a weapon against poverty.

Tahir is a Software development leader with almost 25 years of experience in product R&D across domains like e-commerce, gaming and social media. He is particularly interested in development of large scale distributed applications that serve hundreds of millions of users. Tahir was SVP of Engineering at Tokopedia where he led the company’s technology modernisation and scale-up strategy for over 6 years. Prior to Tokopedia, Tahir held leadership roles at global companies like Flipkart-Walmart, India’s leading e-commerce company, Zynga, the social games pioneer with AAA hits like FarmVille and Words With Friends, and Yahoo, the leading Internet portal in the Web 1.0 era. In his free time, Tahir enjoys motorsport and aviation photography and travels around the world.

Building love to nature through designs made from leaves, flowers, fruit, wood on fabric, with the belief that love will not damage but will protect nature with the highest awareness. Combining love to nature and artisan talent as a gift of life from the Highest, Victorina (Vika) founded @kelikiecohub and creates art from plants, namely Keliki eco printing, in Keliki village, Bali with the hope that the village's nature will be maintained and become a source of livelihood for the community in the village. Vika will share what she has been doing in the village, the challenges and the happiness.
