With more than a decade of experience in education and consulting, Benedicta is very enthusiastic about bridging the concept of women's empowerment with economic, environmental and health issues. She is also active in promoting empowerment activities related to economic and business improvement, environmental sustainability and health for the community through various educational initiatives, including teaching and training. Benedicta believes that through various empowerment activities, especially empowerment for women, it can help the community to achieve business sustainability and improve the community's economy.

Listya Utami Karmawan is a lecturer in the Biotechnology Study Program, Faculty of Biosciences, Technology, and Innovation, at Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia. As an animal lover, she chose to focus her research on plant biotechnology, allowing her to contribute to scientific advancements without involving animals in experiments. During her studies, Listya delved into research on banana plants, particularly on molecular aspects such as genetic engineering, gene expression studies, and omics-scale research (transcriptomics).
Since joining as a lecturer in 2008, she has actively taught various courses, including Genetics, Cell and Tissue Culture Techniques, Plant Biotechnology and Sustainable Agriculture, and Applications of Plant Biotechnology in Industry.

Wisnu Wiradhany

Wisnu Wiradhany is a lecturer (Faculty of Psychology, Unika Atma Jaya) and a scientist (PhD in Experimental Psychology, Rijksuniversiteit Groningen, 2019) specializing in cognitive and experimental psychology. Wisnu conducts research on multitasking, particularly media multitasking and its impact on thinking processes, attention, and decision-making in various contexts, especially in the context of learning. Wisnu is also a practitioner and advocate of the open science movement. His research has been funded by various international institutions, including the Dutch Research Council, and has been published in several top journals in the field of cognitive psychology.
