Our event was all about showcasing the young minds that can achieve as great as any older mind can achieve. We brought youth and people who are interested in youth, this way we can get more youth to interact within modern day society to drive more change.

Ali Chehade is a 26 year old entrepreneur. He is the founder of dreammatcher.com a social network with the objective of crowd sourcing dreams.

Sara, Mohamad & Ahmad

They are brothers and sister aged 8,11 and 13. They were the youngest participants ever in start up weekend worldwide and they are our youngest speakers tonight.

Rudy Zeinoun

Youngest Microsoft certified System engineer in the world in 2003 at the age of 13, Rudy Zeinoun is now a successful entrepreneur having founded his company at the age of 22.

Osama, Omar & Dani

The team behind AID, a life changing application. Oussama and Omar are both high school students and Dani is a university student. The three succeeded in going from inception to implementation of AID during 3 days.

Jihad Kawas

Jihad Kawas is a 15 year old student from saida, self-proclaimed entrepreneur.He’s passionate about technology business and finance.

Ziad Kiblawi

Ziad Kiblawi is a 17 year old high school student who loves social work and cinema. Originally from Palestine he was rooted in the heart of a political struggle that led him to get more involved into politics.

Antoine Gregoire

Journalist for iloubnan.info on internet issues, Antoine Gregoire has a master in History, a master in War Studies and in his spare time he’s a reggae DJ and revolution writer and freedom researcher.

Emilie Sickinghe

Emilie Sickinghe is a Master of Laws candidate at Université Catholique Louvain. She obtained a diploma in International Relations at the Belgrano University in Buenos Aires. She also studied International Law in Belgium and Austria. As President of the debating society Conférence Olivaint de Belgique, she undertook study trips and published two reports on the issues of democracy in Armenia and multiculturalism in Canada. In addition to her position as Research Associate she is writing her Master’s thesis on Nonviolence and the rule of law with Right to Nonviolence.

Tanya Awad

You might not know her name or her face but you definitely know her voice. She the one telling you that you have no more credit, that the number you’re dialing is unavailable… but what you might not know is that beside being a very demanded vo talent Tanya Awad has an MBA in journalism and is a Non Violence communication trainer.
