He has led conservation efforts in marine protected areas like the Kuriat and Kerkennah Islands, creating Tunisia’s first floating sea turtle rehabilitation station and collaborating with fishermen to reduce bycatch. Hamed is also an advocate for environmental education, citizen science, and training NGOs in sea turtle conservation. He serves as a consultant for the Jordan Society for the Conservation of Turtles and Social Media Coordinator for the International Sea Turtle Society.

Her groundbreaking work led to the development of a novel method for diagnosing leukemia, significantly enhancing patient monitoring post-treatment. In recognition of her contributions, Dr. Raddaoui was honored with the Monte-Carlo Woman of the Year Award in 2021. She currently leads the Nucleic Acids Cluster at the university of Munich, focusing on innovative research in drug and therapeutics discovery based on nucleic acids. Dr. Raddaoui's achievements exemplify her dedication to scientific advancement and her role as a trailblazer for women in STEM.
