What if AI could help make healthcare more human? In this conversation, we examine the role of narrative in the humanization of AI technology with Amy, a leader in operations with over ten years of experience in healthcare. From her work in various domains in and around the healthcare ecosystem, along with her participation in medical AI advocacy efforts, she shares her insights on how real-time storymaking in the clinical space can help bridge the gap between innovation and healthcare. We explore topics such as the importance of effective transformation management in healthcare, the role of leadership as language, breaking through the hype of AI in medicine, hallway talks, how community is everything, and how individuals from traditional healthcare systems can start conversations on how to use technology best to overcome some of the biggest healthcare industry challenges to date.
