In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Hi, I am Marek Rudnik, a 2slo IB student. I became interested in Stoicism last school year during Spirit Week. During the spirit week, We had a casual discussion with our IB coordinator, Tomasz Mazur. We accidentally tiptoed onto a stage of philosophical matters and Stoicism. After the discussion, I decided to learn more about it. My enthusiasm deepened when I listened to one of the episodes of the podcast “Ze stoicism spokojem” by Tomasz Mazur. That was the pivotal point that convinced me to fully immerse myself in exploring it. Therefore, I would like to discuss Stoicism, emphasising its principles and fundamental values and share a few stoic lessons with You.
