TEDx Takeda Tokyo: A Celebration of Limitless Possibilities

What does it mean to be limitless? How can we overcome the barriers that hold us back from achieving our dreams? How can we use our creativity, passion, and resilience to change Takeda and our community positively? These are some of the questions that will be explored at the first-ever TEDx Takeda Tokyo event.

It will be a day of inspiration, innovation, and connection as we hear from six amazing speakers who share their stories of breaking boundaries, challenging conventions, and redefining what is possible. These speakers are experts in their fields and visionaries who have dared to think big and act boldly. They will inspire us to do the same and to embrace the limitless potential within ourselves and our communities.

Don’t miss this opportunity to be part of a global movement of ideas that can transform the world.

Kosuke Nakashima

Associate Director, (IVP)
Kosuke is a scientist in the Neuroscience Drug Discovery Unit. Since 2012, he has been mainly involved in target discovery and is currently in charge of In Vitro Pharmacology at Takeda Shonan. Throughout his career, he has been passionate about extensive cross-divisional activities, such as patient engagement and DE&I. He believes that patient engagement and DE&I share a common concept Takeda should embrace as a pharmaceutical company. Enhancing these activities will not only increase opportunities to be active for patients and people with disabilities but also lead to innovative drug development. In his TEDx Talk, he hopes to inspire everyone at various divisions at Takeda to promote more activities with patients and disabled people, which will lead to awareness of unconscious bias and ease to playing ‘limitless’ active roles for people with various characteristics. That transcends the boundaries of diseases and disabilities.
