The main topic of our event is an important change in your life. We invited two speakers to share their own stories with us. The first speaker Ji Ci'en shared her experience as a volunteer in an orphanage for more than six years. She went there six years ago out of her psychological doctor's suggestion. At that time, Ci'en had autism, so her doctor suggested her visit the orphanage and trying to speak with the children there. She was moved by the children's optimism and passion for life and this helped her to get out of autism gradually. The second speaker is Gao Ziqing, a senior student from Peking University. She told us about her experience in the Antarctica, where she challenged herself to swim in the extremely cold water. After that moment, she realized that nothing is impossible if you have a willing heart. The two excellent talks evoked great interest and passion of the audience. During the break time, the speakers and audience communicated fully with each other. Many of the attendees showed that they really enjoyed the event and gained a lot from it.
