GiGi Crowder

Crowder is the executive director of the Contra Costa chapter of the National Alliance on Mental Illness, the country’s largest advocacy organization for people with mental illness and their families. Before NAMI, Crowder worked for 10 years as Alameda County’s Behavior Health Care Services ethnic services manager, where she pushed to provide programs for Black, Asian, LGBTQ and LatinX people and taught implicit bias training to police. A woman “of great faith,” she also chairs a statewide initiative to integrate faith and spirituality into mental health treatment.

Tug-Oyun Sonya Davaadorj

Tugs-Oyun also plays a vital role in community leadership. She was a President of the Business Council of Mongolia in the Bay Area, she has spearheaded initiatives to promote Mongolian business interests and foster economic ties between Mongolia and the Bay Area. She organized the first Mongolian Expo, bringing international attention to Mongolian businesses and culture, showcasing her ability to bridge global markets and foster international collaboration. Her educational background includes a degree in International Relations, an MBA, and a diploma in Organic Skincare Formulation, equipping her with a unique blend of chemical and business acumen expertise.
