Bonnie Shao

Bonnie Shao is a freshman at Winsor from Weston, MA. She is passionate about theater and writing and played cello for 10 years. She has published three novels: The Xia Stories series, inspired by her experiences as a first-generation Chinese-American, and aims to explore issues of identity through her work.

Christopher Player

STEM Educator
Teaching various sciences, engineering, and coding, Christopher Manuel Player sees his subjects as a lab for philosophy and a reactor for art, hoping for his students that they learn the joy of discovery. Chris has a habit of building musical instruments, especially with his brother JP, and enjoys scoring the epic films of his children, Miles and Oliver.

She also has been playing the piano for eleven years and has performed at concert venues including Carnegie Hall and the Philharmonie de Paris. Elina loves playing squash and is an avid reader.

Lily Tucker

Elizabeth (Lily) Tucker is a sophomore at Winsor, and lives a transatlantic existence, moving between Belmont, MA and Oxford in the United Kingdom. Lily has an identical twin called Cordelia, who has been her best friend, (unwillingly or willingly, we’ll never know) since the womb. As a consequence, Lily has spent her childhood harbouring a deep passion for exploring the twin experience, especially in relation to identity and self-perception. Outside of school, Lily loves to read, listen to old-school hip-hop & indie rock, watch political documentaries, obsessively scroll on POLITICO and The New York Times, thrift, go to the gym, dance, travel, and attend concerts.
