TEDxYouth@ErshaIsland officially received TED official authorisation in 2022 and is one of the registered TEDx organisations globally.
We focus on the growth of young people and build a communication platform between the younger generation and key opinion leaders from all walks of life to discuss future development trends.

八岁的余桦湘分享成长故事：曾因爱哭、情绪敏感遭遇人际交往困境，英语学习也遇挫折，通过向老师倾诉，理解成长如小鸡破壳需自我突破，借助情绪课学会用“理智小乌龟”控制“情绪小兔子”，调整状态后不仅交到朋友，英语成绩也提升至满分。 她以自身经历告诉大家，成长是从内部打破“壳”的过程，唯有自我突破才能蜕变新生。
