How often have you thought about the way you look? The way you look to others? How often have you let it devour you?

To some, it feels like just a phase of growing up. To others- it’s all-consuming.

This year we explore “𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤”, concerning the ways in which an individual's physical appearance might influence their mental well-being, particularly among younger generations. We look at what lies beneath the surface, such as how it impacts a person's sense of self, particularly throughout adolescence, and how some can keep their mind at idleness. As young leaders, we want to help our peers get through this inevitably harsh period in their lives.

Come and join our speakers on their journey of unpacking this simple idea that can burden young people's lives.
