Zen Monk, Chief Priest of Shitennoji Temple

Ryugyo Kurashima was born in a temple and have been practicing Zen meditation since he was 3 years old. In addition to temples in Japan, he has trained in temples in Asia, Europe, and America, learning about the practice of Buddhism rooted in each country's culture. Since returning to Japan, he been hosting Zazen sessions for over 20 years to help people find inner peace. Currently, in collaboration with music therapy, he is developing programs that facilitate deep meditation and is dedicated to supporting people's mental well-being.
