October 17, 2023
10:00am - 4:00pm CEST
(UTC +2hrs)
Cracow, Małopolskie
This event is invite-only.

The Krakow edition of TEDxNadwiślańskaSt will take place on October 17, 2023 at Cricoteka - an extraordinary space of a museum, gallery and archive of Tadeusz Kantor's work.

The Cracow’s edition of TEDx organized under the Countdown license is dedicated to the climate change topics, to boots the popularization of science in this area, strengthen the determination to seek and promote solutions to counteract the climate crisis and prevent its negative effects.

The butterfly effect is the main theme of the conference and is related to the so-called chaos theory in mathematics. The sum of individual actions has a global meaning and each - even seemingly insignificant choice has a huge impact. We operate as one system. Everything is dependent on each other. And each of us by flapping our wings can start a change. The Krakow edition of TEDx focuses on looking for interdependencies - realizing that our actions have effects - both good and bad.

As always in the TEDx formula, the heart and strength are primarily them - charismatic speakers. TEDx speakers will invite us to their worlds - six speakers, six fascinating speeches. Six personalities who will share their perspective, concept and point of view on the green transformation, decarbonisation, renewable energy, activism, but also AI and future competences.
