What is meant by "Empowering The Future" generally refers to actions, initiatives or strategies aimed at increasing and realizing progress, growth, and positive future potential. It encapsulates the idea of empowering individuals, communities, and societies to control their own destiny, make informed choices, and achieve their goals. We can start "Empowering The Future" with the smallest aspects around us and let it grow bigger everytime.

Anastasia Paraditha is a model, newscaster, and television presenter. She started her career in modeling by winning the top 15 position Miss Indonesia 2012 election representing Banten province. She will be the speakers of TEDxUNJ 2023 event with topic "How Do Women Overcome the Stigma That Restrict Their Steps?"

Mom-Preneur

Atikah is a serial mom-preneur in tech who holds a bachelor degree in Computer Science. Prior to graduation she interned as an AI research engineer overseas and got into Apple Developer Academy. Her strong background in IT combined with entrepreurial mindset brought her to establishing a number of startups : Kampung Siber, a software house and consulting firm in 2022 to help people from non-tech background step into IT seamlessly; and Bicara AI which is the current focus of her entrepreneurship journey.

Halimah is a content creator and parenting practitioner who likes to share tips and education through TikTok. Halimah has the urge to break the cycle of toxic parenting so she'll share her ideas about how to start that aspects on TEDxUNJ 2023.

Ambassador of Penerus Rempah and Founder of Ja.riJemari

Moja has various experiences, starting from being a volunteer to becoming an entrepreneur ambassador. She currently active developing her business where she's a partner of Walking Drums Indonesia, Founder of MyNons, JariJemari, and Rasty Collbrand. She'll bring ideas about "The Power of Empathy In Social Justice".

Razi Thalib

Digital Product and Marketing Consultant

Razi Thalib is the co-founder of RevoU and the founder of setipedotcom. He has been 20+ years of experience in Australia and Indonesia's digital industries. He also lead any product management and online marketing teams for major media and e-commerce companies, nonprofits, and start-ups. He will inspire audiens for the ideas with title "The Brilliant Mindset Behind Successful Entrepreneurs".

Revalina is the winner of Miss Jakarta Fair 2023. She's a dentistry student and was also a finalist of Gadis Sampul 2020. She'll talk about The Power of Confidence to Rewrite Your Stars on TEDxUNJ 2023.
