Alicia-Ann Caesar

Social Entrepreneur
Master's in Public Administration in Nonprofit Management from Kean University and a Master's in Business Administration from Montclair State University. Alicia-Ann joined Teach For Liberia in March of 2022 and brought with her a combined two decades of project management and nonprofit administration experience. For 12 years Alicia-Ann served in the Developmental Disabilities arena building her skills in training, risk, and quality assurance. Alicia-Ann’s volunteer, academic and career experiences led to an interest in the efficacy of training and exposed her to the inequities of education systems. Upon returning home to Liberia, Alicia-Ann was introduced to private schools in need of support and resources. Her dedication to supporting the development of the education system in Liberia is tied to her belief in her country’s bright future. Access to an inclusive, quality education and dedicated and trained teachers is imperative to attain such success.

Julateh K. Mulbah

Data Scientist & AI enthusiast
passionate about sustainable development and ethical data science practices. She started her career as a program officer at Mercy Corps Liberia, where she played a key role in developing the first Solar Energy curriculum in Liberia and assisting the solar products business team with data collection and analysis using Microsoft Power BI. Julateh believes that ethical data science practices can help solve many of the world's problems and contribute to Liberia's development. She is constantly researching innovative ideas to drive sustainable development and make Liberia a prosperous nation. In summary, Julateh K. Mulbah is an accomplished Data Scientist with experience in solar energy, software development, and data coordination. She is dedicated to sustainable development, passionate about AI, and strives to leverage data science to create positive change in Liberia.

Royda Philimena Urey

Ambassador & Influencer
Royda “Philimena“ Urey a Liberian native, Detroit transplant made the big decision to return to Liberia after living in the United States as a “refugee” for 26 years, in 2017. “Philimena” is on a mission to change the narrative on Liberia from a war/Ebola stricken country to a place with a lot of opportunity and growth, and its natural pure beauty! She does this all through a popular vlog www.Philimena.com that showcases a variety of topics on Liberia and her travels to other African countries. The Philimena.com YouTube can boast to have over 1,00,000 views, 18,000 subscribers and growing. In 2022 Philimena.com was featured on CNN “Inside Africa”, in the same year she was appointed by the Government Of Liberia, as the brand ambassador of The Diaspora Affairs Unit, under the office of the president. Philimena.com continues to “put Liberia on the map”, through different initiatives like a recent feature in Ebony Magazine providing the ultimate Liberian travel guide!

Suma Massaley

Communication Expert
Suma Massaley is a renowned communications expert. Suma also has extensive experience in campaign organizing, social advocacy, and digital marketing. Suma is an advocate for girls’ education, women’s empowerment, and social justice issues. Suma co-founded Liberia’s first social justice blog, Sleepless in Monrovia. Having earned her master’s in Public Policy from the University of Oxford, Suma has worked for reputable international organizations, including the World Bank, Medica Mondiale, and Gbowee Peace Foundation Africa. Currently, Suma works as the Corporate Secretary and General Manager for South Atlantic Capital Group, an acquisition/holding company that owns and operates all the citi trust lending banks around Africa.

Weyatta Rosemarie Mckeever

Media Personality
Weyatta Rosemarie Mckeever, also known as Sassy Mc, an accomplished and prominent media personality of Liberia! 󎉠󏆠Sassy a multiple awards-winning media personality, an Event Host, a Voice over Artist, Brand influencer, Producer and Speaker. Her exceptional contributions to the media industry have earned her well-deserved recognition and accolades. Miss Mckeever made a transition from radio broadcasting to TV and launched the production of her TV show, "The Talk" with Sassy MC, on November 22 2022, and launched its airing on February 25 2023. The show focuses on highlighting the talents, careers, or professions of influential people in society, be it entrepreneurs, celebrities, doctors, accountants, social workers, couples, and more. It can be watched on KMTv channel 3 on Satcon and Sassy Mc’s YouTube channel.
