Bernice Patterson, PhD

Founder & CEO of Infinity Consultation Group
Dr. Bernice Patterson is a passionate and gifted professional psychologist, speaker, consultant, preacher, and author. She is the founder and CEO of Infinity Consultation Group where she collaborates with organizations to deliver workshops and seminars on challenging topics, including issues of Cultural Diversity and Inclusion, Self-Care and Burnout Prevention, and Mental Health and Spirituality. As a therapist she specializes in working with professional women of color to identify and move towards a place of healing, hope, and growth. Her life’s work is to give voice to the mental and emotional struggles that people commonly face and guide them towards a place of healing and empowerment. She believes that we are equipped to love people into change, if we are willing to show up and do the work.

Darby Fetzer Emotional Intelligence Workshop Facilitator, OT, MAOM, EQC, Darby Fetzer is a 4-time certified Emotional Intelligence (EQ) instructor for Holtyn & Associates with a master’s degree in organizational management. Formerly a school board president, occupational therapist, and wellness coach, Darby is a mother to three adult daughters. For nearly 10 years, she has passionately facilitated EQ workshops for executive teams, companies, universities, and non-profit groups. Darby dynamically empowers individuals, catalyzes effective relationship-based communication and enhances organizational culture and productivity.

Kevin Fischer

Kevin Fischer is the Executive Director of NAMI Michigan. NAMI, the National Alliance on Mental Illness, is the nation’s largest grassroots mental health organization dedicated to building better lives for the millions of Americans affected by mental illness. A retired businessman, Founder and Director of The Dominique Fischer Memorial Foundation and CEO of EVERYBODY -VS-STIGMA.com, President of Crisis Intervention Team International (CITI), a member of Governor Whitmer’s Suicide Prevention Commission, the Michigan Department of Health & Human Services (MDHHS) Mental Health Diversion Council and Behavioral Health Advisory Council (BHAC), Co-Executive Producer of the Mind Matters, A recipient of NAMI’s 2022 Vicki Cottrell Award. Quoted as saying “this is his last job; his last fight,” Kevin is dedicated to eliminating the stigma of mental illness, which he considers the leading barrier to the early diagnoses and treatment, which leads to better outcomes for all.

Nancy Radcliff

Director of the Bronson Experience RN, BA, CPC
Nancy Radcliff started her career in Healthcare at Blodgett in Grand Rapids. She moved to Kalamazoo and has worked decades at Bronson first as a bedside nurse, then ER nurse, moved to the Nurse Educator for the ER, Flight nurse and Director of CareFlite (SW Michigan’s first Air medical service) for 10 years. Ombudsperson was her next stop in healthcare then onto Customer Experience. She speaks frequently in the public on many topics. and is a certified Professional Coach specializing in Healthcare and Leadership.

Tracy Hall and Dell Darnell

Tracy has a Master of Arts in Political Science from WMU. She spent most of her adult life as a college educator and taught courses for almost 17 years. She taught Political Science and Sociology courses at Kalamazoo Valley Community College, from 2003 to 2020. She also taught in the Gender Women’s Department at Western Michigan University, from 2005 to 2020, teaching a variety of courses, including intro to Gender and Women’s Studies and LGBT Studies. Tracy served three terms on the Kalamazoo County Board of Commissioners, 2017-2022. During her tenure on the Board of Commissioners, Tracy was elected by her fellow Commissioners to serve as the Chair (2020-2021) and Vice Chair (2019-2020). Tracy currently serves on the Board of Equality Michigan and Discover Kalamazoo’s Advisory Council. Tracy lives in Kalamazoo, with her partner, and girls (dogs).
