Zofia Lewandowska

Mental health topic is close to Zosia’s heart, and she is trying to find her own way to make the days sunny. However, the sun comes out when she’s on the mat, training in martial arts such as Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. These sports have a negative stereotype around them, with many parents portraying them as harmful and destructive, refusing their children to join. However, this claim is also common in other people, who think it’s a mindless and ruthless showoff. Through statements from other fighters and personal experience, she wishes to challenge the belief and prove how you can literally fight for your mental health. The connection between mental health and martial arts is an unknown but promising combination, which she aims to share with the public.
