Theme: Future of humanity in an increasingly artificial world

What we deemed artificial a couple of years back is slowing becoming more and more real. Bolstered by the widespread adoption of ChatGPT, 2023 is arguably the year of AI. The theme attempts to explore ideas like where is humanity headed, how AI is transforming the world, and ultimately what would it mean to be human in such a time and space - that is, as technical jobs get taken over by AI, would we move more towards arts and culture? Would we have to redefine how we look at education, jobs, global economy?

She is BCOM (Honours), Cost Accountant (ICWAI) and Certified Associate Banker (CAIIB) She holds expertise in customer service experience and design thinking and has led many key projects for decongestion and digitalisation. Presently involved as Key Lead in CRM application, New Technology development and initiatives Debolina has found her purpose in life from her own life experience and has been investing her personal time in researching mental health issues like depression, anxiety and emotional well-being. She has founded ‘The Life Mojo' as an initiative to create a safe space for anyone who needs a platform to express oneself without any fear of being judged or misunderstood.

Rahul Kulkarni

Chief Technology Officer, Samagra

Rahul Kulkarni is the Chief Technologist at Samagra, a mission driven governance consulting firm. At Samagra, Rahul leads digital transformations across state governments in India using a unique model of leveraging open source software and by building capacity and capability of internal teams within the government. Rahul is also co-founder and Partner at DoNew, a social enterprise creating the pedagogy and practice of mentorship to help individuals and teams realize their true potential. Rahul previously served as Chief Product Officer at Sokrati, an ad technology startup that was acquired by Dentsu-Japan. Before entering the startup world, Rahul spent six years at Google - starting as Google’s first product manager in India in 2006 and helping build several of Google’s key products and businesses. Prior to Google, Rahul was the Product Manager for LabVIEW at National Instruments Corp in Austin, TX where for five years he led product development, with customers such as NASA and CERN.
