Evan Schlitt
Evan Schlitt is a junior at Saline High School and has twin siblings. He is an active member of the rowing team and an avid member of the musical theater program. Evan enjoys singing and has a diverse appreciation for all genres of music. During his free time, he likes to spend time with friends and watch movies.
Krishna Mano
Krishna Mano is a junior at City High School in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Ever since joining Grand Valley State University’s Kaufman Interfaith Institute in sixth grade, he has been passionate about promoting intercultural understanding and interfaith dialogue in the community, especially among young students. He is the founder of the Global Citizens Association, a non-profit that works directly with school districts to update world religion curriculums to include a more inclusive experience for all students. He had the opportunity to present on his interfaith work as a student to the 2023 Parliament of the World’s Religions. Outside of school and his interfaith work, he enjoys producing videos for his YouTube talk show, The Take With Krishna Mano, reading, and playing the violin.
Sarah Yousif
Sarah Yousif is a freshman at the University of Michigan. She is studying political science and communications. She has worked on political campaigns with the goal of increasing effective dialogue. In her free time, she enjoys trying new foods, doing mock trial, and videography.
Selah Salanta
A senior in high school, Selah Salanta is actively involved in Key Club, Red Cross Club, Spanish Club, Cultural Appreciation Club, National Honor Society, Link Crew, and Lacrosse. Passionate about public speaking, community engagement, reading, and science, Selah aims to inspire others to improve communication and build stronger connections.
