The event will feature talks from individuals who have demonstrated exceptional leadership in their respective fields, sharing their experiences and insights on how they have led with purpose to make a difference. These talks may cover a variety of topics, such as ethical leadership, social responsibility, sustainability, and innovation.
Through this TEDx event, attendees can expect to gain a deeper understanding of what it means to lead with purpose, and how it can be applied to various industries and contexts. The talks may also encourage attendees to reflect on their own leadership style and purpose, and inspire them to take action towards creating a more just and sustainable world.

Co-founders of Change Is Us | Environment Activist | Youth Advocates
Shubh Mehta and Akshat Shah, both 22-year-old environmental activists and co-founders of "Change Is Us," a youth-led movement, have organized 155 beach clean-up drives with over 14,000 volunteers, diverting 375 tonnes of waste from Mumbai's shoreline. They distributed 40,000 meals during the 2nd wave of COVID-19. Shubh's work with UN-supported Social Conclave and Akshat's recognition with the Diana Award showcase their commitment to social change. Featured in 20+ media articles, their talks inspire collaborative efforts and actionable solutions. With a shared vision, they aim to mobilize 100,000 volunteers and divert 1,000 metric tons of waste from Mumbai's coastline.

Soham Wagh is a pharmaceutical industry professional and has handled global marketing for Urology and Anti-infectives in GSK. Soham has done a short stint in Latin America where he was the Project Lead for launching Branded Generics portfolio in Central America and the Caribbean. Soham was a part of the separation team that successfully handed over the GSK’s Cephalosporins portfolio to Sandoz. Sunita Sancheti

Maharasthra State Paralympic
Sunita Sancheti, a successful entrepreneur and motivational speaker, faced a life-changing event at the age of 16 due to a spinal injury caused by medical negligence. After rehabilitation in the UK, she became an independent change maker with a mission to improve accessibility for persons with disabilities in India. She co-founded ADAPT, working to make public places, education institutes, and transportation accessible. Sunita is a counselor associated with Nina Foundation, helping individuals with spinal injuries lead normal lives. She is actively involved with Trinayani, advocating for disability upliftment and organizing awareness events. An avid traveler, she went on an 84-day road trip promoting accessibility across India. Sunita believes that attitude, access, and awareness are key to empowering disabled individuals. She has received many accolades for her inspirational work, awards for universal design and empowerment, and recognition for her achievements in sports and advocacy.
