The theme emphasizes the importance of having a clear sense of purpose as a leader, and how this can drive individuals and organizations towards achieving meaningful goals.

The event will feature talks from individuals who have demonstrated exceptional leadership in their respective fields, sharing their experiences and insights on how they have led with purpose to make a difference. These talks may cover a variety of topics, such as ethical leadership, social responsibility, sustainability, and innovation.
