A step may be a small action, but small steps build up over time and allow one’s aspirations to turn into a reality. Come join us in our event as we explore and discuss the necessity of developing a balanced approach for successfully navigating the stresses and complexities of life!

This event features inspiring Hong Kong-based experts who will talk about the steps they have taken to develop their respective fields or personal projects. This year, TEDxCityUHongKong will feature talks on sustainable fashion, biomedical innovation, accepting and appreciating neurodiversity, honoring Hong Kong’s heritage, and creative self-expression as a coping mechanism.
