Andrew Kirsch

Intellegence Officer with CSIS,
Andrew Kirsch served as an intelligence officer with the Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS). He held roles as a policy analyst and a field investigator, ultimately leading teams on clandestine warranted special operations. His memoir, I Was Never Here: My True Canadian Spy Story of Coffee’s, Code Names and Covert Operations in the Age of Terrorism was an instant national bestseller. Andrew was a founder member and first ever Department Security Officer (DSO) of Ontario’s Office of the Provincial Security Advisor. In 2020 he was appointed to the Ontario Expert Panel on Cyber Security, advising the government on strengthening cyber security practices in the broader public sector. Andrew holds a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) designation from ASIS International as well as a Public Policy degree from Brown University. He is a proud former Canadian forces army reservist and member of the Inclusive Workspace and Supply Council of Canada.

Clinical Psychologist, Author, Educator
Dr. Joan Neehall is a clinical psychologist, the Wall Street Journal bestselling author of her book 'Happy Is The New Healthy', and an educator. With expertise in the field of the science of happiness, a global influencer Dr. Joan has conducted insightful seminars in Beijing and Shanghai in this domain. A pioneer in modern communication, Dr. Joan has also launched her podcast 'Happiness on Demand' - a testament to her unyielding commitment to enhancing people's well-being.

Dr. Mitchell Abrams

Radiologist, Founder of NexGenHealth Ltd
Dr. Mitchell Abrams is a radiologist, educator and founder of NexGenHealth Ltd. Abrams completed his medical degree and radiology specialty from Dalhousie University in Nova Scotia, holds a subspecialty in cross-sectional imaging from the University of Toronto and is a fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. Dr. Abrams is an assistant clinical professor at Michael G Degroote School of Medical Sciences and was department chair of diagnostic imaging at Cambridge Memorial Hospital. Dr. Abrams is also a certified educator of applied compassion, through the Center for Compassion and Altruism Research and Education (CCARE) at Stanford Medical School. Dr. Abrams experienced a healing journey of his own which catupulted him on a mission to bring more heart to healthcare and to communities. Dr. Abrams’ approach to wellbeing incorporates leading-edge scientific research and personal experience as he brings forth a more integrative approach to person health.

Kevin G. Armstrong

Kevin’s mission is to disrupt the way we think and work, and his passion is challenging the definitions of the words we use on a daily basis. Kevin uses his decades of experience to help business owners—from “mom and pops” to Fortune 500s—embrace and implement simple, proven management solutions (though, as his clients have discovered, simple doesn’t always mean easy!) Kevin has taught both high school and college, owned and sold small businesses, been an investment firm top seller, and worked in the C-Suite, overseeing agencies throughout North America. Kevin is also an active speaker and author, whose arsenal of revolutionary concepts and techniques have been published on Forbes.com, Thrive Global, in Authority Magazine, and in his Forbes-published book, The Miracle Manager: Why True Leaders Rarely Make Great Managers.

Sarah Baldeo

Neuroscientist, Technologist, Corporate strategiest
Sarah Baldeo is an accomplished neuroscientist, technologist, corporate strategist, and entrepreneur with two decades of leadership experience. Her expertise lies in innovation, technology, digital and cloud transformation. She is currently an Equity Partner at ID Quotient Advisory Group and an Innovation Partner at CGI Canada. Sarah has founded two consulting firms and helped three companies IPO. Holding executive roles at top organizations such as Ceridian, Financial Force, and Deloitte Canada – her contributions to the consulting and technology industry have earned her several accolades including the 2023 Global Business Elites Top 40 Under 40 Awards, the 2021 University of Toronto Rotman Social Impact Award, and a nomination for the 2023 WXN CEDI Awards. Within corporate governance Sarah is a mentor at Women’s Infrastructure Network, member of the Executive ELN at CivicAction, Board Member for CyberSecurity Global Alliance, and an Advisory Board Member at Napice Technologies.
