In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Abishek, an alumnus of RJ Mantra English School, gives a talk of winning the war against oneself. "The best fighting is often against yourself'". He says about his battle against himself when he was in 12th grade to groom himself. His second fight was to become technically sound in handling computers. The next was his fight against a panic attack and understood that he had to love himself and take care of himself. At this point his friends and his sister helped him to understand that he would have to war against himself.
