In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Adhitia Sofyan

Singer and Songwriter
"A musician that has a unique way to understand grief, loss, and pain. Through his melancholic songs, he transforms his wounds into a source of strength and creativity, offering a healing balm to his listeners. Many people don't know that Adhitia once wanted to give up on his dream of becoming a musician because Berklee College of Music rejected him. But in his room, he has created a space where he turned that energy into songs until several of them topped the charts. For him, songwriting is not just a form of self-healing and a way to express himself, but it also has become his identity that makes him can move forward. As an active musician, Adhitia Sofyan always finds a way to create music that can be a healing balm to his listeners. Adhitia turned his energy into songs that topped the charts, like "Sesuatu di Jogja" and "Adelaide Sky." For him, songwriting is not just a form of self-healing and a way to express himself, but it also has become the identity that moves him.

Clara Lourdessa Oryza Emmanuella

Ory is a final year student who is currently working on her thesis. Her name is well-known among ITS students because of her impressive accomplishments, such as being an XL Future Leaders Batch 10 Awardee, working as a Copywriter & Analyst at Kompas Gramedia, and winning numerous competitions. Ory is not just a student but also a skilled storyteller who takes every opportunity to share her ideas and experiences on various platforms.

Jehian Panangian Sijabat

CEO of Mantappu Corp. and Founder of Menantea
"An engineering graduate with a strong passion for entrepreneurship, Jehian Panangian Sijabat, is a known and influential entrepreneur, manager, and CEO, and is a real-life proof of how one can expert in a big and significant role, yet different from the major that he enrolled in. Jehian graduated with a Bachelor of Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology. He expanded his studies by learning Entrepreneurial Studies at the National University of Singapore and Executive Education, Business Administration, and Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. As a once-manager of his brother's Youtube Channel, Nihonggo Mantappu, he established a talent management company called Mantappu Corp., which has grown into one of Indonesia's most extensive international influencers networks. His experience in the digital marketing industry has brought him into a new venture in an influencer-driven FnB company, Menantea."

Kennard Mahib Bariumanto

ITS Information Systems student, Learner, and an Agent of Change
Kennard, a final-year student, is widely recognized for his exceptional achievements in various activities. He has held significant leadership positions, including serving as the President of the ITS MUN Club and also broadening his perspectives and experiences by being an IISMA Monash University Awardee. Kennard is well-known for his ability to maximize his potential, particularly in cultivating his interpersonal skills.

Novi Andriany Teguh

Lecturer at Department of Civil Engineering ITS
Novi Andriany Teguh graduated with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology. She pursued her master’s degree in Germany. She studied Water Resources Engineering and Management at the University of Stuttgart with a full scholarship from the DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service). Before returning back to Indonesia, she completed an internship at Altenbockum & Partner – a private company working in the sectors of soil, groundwater, hard rock, land recycling, and buildings. Currently, she works as a lecturer at the Department of Civil Engineering ITS. She is also a member of the Water Resources and Coastal Engineering Laboratory there.

Prasetya Dwicahya

COO ThinkPolicy & Tech and Public Policy Specialist
Prasetya Dwicahya is a Tech and Public Policy Specialist who graduated from the National University of Singapore. Prasetya's unwavering passion for technology, public policy, and development has manifested in his invaluable contributions to The World Bank while simultaneously assuming the crucial role of Chief Operating Officer at Think Policy. He actively advocates the responsible use of data in policy-making through various tech and public policy communities.

Premana W. Premadi

Astrophysicist, Bosscha Observatory & Department of Astronomy, Institut Teknologi Bandung
Premana is the first female astronomer in Indonesia named after an asteroid, called Asteroid 12937 Premadi. She is an astronomer who became wealthy through teaching and sharing. Through Unawe Indonesia, he traveled to remote areas to teach astronomy to teachers and children, using the sky as a source of imagination. She became a true storyteller, conveying the values of life through her knowledge and scientific stories.
