She realised her true passion was to be able to share her knowledge and help others become better at understanding how people think and help them get what they want by understanding their non-verbal cues as well, and over time came to realise that it boils down to one thing that changes everything - culture!

Nang Ei Ei Mon is an Impact Entrepreneur, a Professional Life Coach (ICF-PCC), and a Meditator. With a deep passion for Women's Economic Empowerment, Nang founded How She Did It with a mission to help women in Myanmar reach their authentic potential at any stage of their lives. Since its inception in 2019, How She Did It has transformed the lives of thousands of women through coaching, specialized training, and meaningful connections. As a single parent, Nang provides pro-bono coaching services and a sisterhood community to single mothers and victims of domestic violence to help them to rebuild their lives. When she's not working, Nang enjoys hiking around Sri Lanka or exploring new places to eat with her daughter.

Suresh describes himself as a Jack of all trades who has ventured with relentless aim to master most of it, literally. To this extent he has a dual masters in Management & Business Administration and Digital Marketing, and is a Chartered Marketer. He is also a Creative Consultant, Brand & Business Strategist, Storyteller, Author, Thespian, Voice Actor, Podcaster, and an Entrepreneur. He is also the Founder and Frontman of Stigmata, the premier Heavy Metal band from the country, having globalised Pure Sri Lankan Metal for over two decades. In fact, Suresh writes content websites, annual reports, social media, and is also a PR consultant.

With an unwavering commitment to excellence, his career has revolved around creating superior designs irrespective of project scale, scope, cost, or location. Uzoma's expertise has been applied to successful design projects across Africa, Europe, North America, and the Caribbean. Driven by the belief that built spaces are an extension of individuals' personalities, Uzoma's design principles center on blending clients' needs with their unique traits to capture the true essence of each project. This approach results in a design experience that resonates with clients on a personal level and brings joy to all who encounter it. His presentations will seek to explore how the fundamentals of creative design can help one achieve their goals by designing the life they desire.
