He currently serves as the Chief Commercial Officer at TIGNUM, the world's leading human performance company for business professionals. Long Bio: Having spent his entire career in professional services and consulting, Lukas never took decisions without a sufficient data basis to prove a point. Yet, his personal life taught him, that more data is oftentimes less. Today, as a data-enthusiast turned gut-feeling advocate, he sees that many things that can be measured, should not always be measured - especially in the context of human performance. In fact, in his talk, Lukas will elaborate on how “Data ruins Experience” and he will tell stories from our everyday life to explain his view. Currently, he serves as the Chief Commercial Officer at TIGNUM, the world’s leading human performance company for business professionals.

Maximilian Quast

After studying business psychology in Germany, Max transferred to the University of St. Gallen to study business administration. His passion for animals inspired him to co-found an animal welfare organization last year which has already gained momentum through an initiative in Romania where they implemented a project to provide medical care to street dogs and cats with the help of donated funds. In addition to his studies, Max is passionate about theatre and cinematography. In his talk, Max will share a personal experience he experienced with digitalisation in health care.

Michel Bielecki

Michel is a University of Zurich and Harvard HSPH-trained Medical Doctor who has worked in public health since 2019 and published multiple high impact articles. During the pandemic, he cofounded GobiX, a medtech company producing 3D-printed IVD material for the Swiss Armed Forces. In 2020, he was commissioned Chief Medical Officer at a Balkan NATO base and worked as postdoctoral researcher at the University Hospital Zurich. In 2021 he Co-founded Testasy, a venture aiming to make lab-home-testing more accessible where he serves as the Chief Innovation Officer. He is a regular speaker on AI in Medicine and passionate about digital efforts in Medicine.

Peter Rupp

Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of St. Gallen and Master of Advanced Studies (MAS) from the Zurich University of Applied Sciences. For almost 12 years with Hilti. Led two Business Units Installation Systems and Construction Services. Since July 2020 head of Corporate Sustainability reporting in this role directly to the CEO Christoph Loos.Before joining Hilti: 18 years with ABB in various management positions from finance and supply management to marketing and sales. My favorite quote: “Over every mountain there is a path, although it may not be seen from the valley.” Living in Liechtenstein, married and three teenagers. Hobbies: spending time in nature, preferably in the mountains, either hiking, skiing or cycling.

Quentin Reyes

Quentin has been leading projects and investments in Web 3.0 since early 2016 in Shanghai, China. In 2018, Quentin was one of Swisscom Blockchain youngest manager and was leading all blockchain operations in China. Later on in late 2018, Quentin was a thriving entrepreneur and co-founding a venture backed decentralised trading protocol for digital assets. In December 2021, Quentin co-founded Alpha Praetorian Capital, an early and growth stage Web 3.0 focused private venture capital firm. He is now based between Geneva and Dubai managing investments and advising web3.0 companies.

Weza Bombo

Co-Founder of Bombo Goldsmith. Weza is currently building a goldsmith company in Switzerland with a strong focus on sustainability and blockchain technology – “the future is circular and decentralized”. He is completing a Double Master’s Degree in M.Sc. International Management + M.A. International Law and the Managing Climate Solution program (MaCS) at the University of St. Gallen (HSG), where he also founded the Africa Association. Weza is a member of the World Economic Forum Global Shapers Community and was most recently elected as the Youth Ambassador for Climate Change at EC 22’ – leading with the purpose generation in mind. During his TEDx speech, he will share with us his personal entrepreneurial journey on how blockchain technology can enable justice within the jewelry industry.
