Theme: The Brightest and Darkest Time

The Brightest and Darkest Time,which describes the things that happened in 2022. Just like our life story, it will not be plain sailing every time. Some people may laugh at them, and some people may be depressed. Instead of giving up, we try our best to resolve those obstacles and turn the crisis into opportunities.

We would like to combine the knowledge of education, innovation, and technology into this event. From learning, innovation to transformation, each stage brings different inspiration and ideas to the audience. And this is also an important main point we would like to bring to our audience through the speech.

To this end, the extended three sub-topics are “Crack,” “Subversion,” and “Reconstruction.”

1. Crack
The meaning of the “Crack” is we are looking for the people who strive to shine and even become the light in the darkest generation. COVID-19 has impacted our daily life gradually from 2019. Furthermore, in the past year, our government upgraded the alert of epidemic prevention to Level 3. It not only influenced our daily life, but also made a serious impact on each industry. However, our hope wasn’t broken because we never give up and always strive to create opportunities.

In this topic, we expect to organize lectures through education and medical care related fields.

2. Subversion
The meaning of the “Subversion” is when the world tried to frame us. Aren’t we willing to be encouraged to break the frame? The days of depression and conservative had passed, the athletes were no longer all brawn and no brains, and the males could be good at needlework. There are many people trying to show their unique side, and don’t be afraid to break the traditional values of this world in this diversity and inclusion generation. To respect the difference of every unique individual has become the universal morality in the world. Our generation was rendered more different colors by the courage of these people.

In this topic, we expect to organize lectures through the fields related to art and fashion.

3. Reconstruction
The meaning of the “Reconstruction” is that the COVID-19 was raging from 2019 until now, and the Ukrainian- Russian War unexpectedly caught many people off guard. These accidents increased more impermanence in this chaos and hurry world. The original pace of life was messed up, and we lost our minds and chances to say goodbye. Also, it buried the seeds that were named regret piece by piece in our minds.

When irrigating our regret daily, we make it budd, grow, wither. Even the smallest part contained the bloom and decay of life. We all fear these hesitant and helpless emotions. However, there is a corner to rest for us in this city, and it loosens the tangle of death by the bitterness of coffee. It was no longer the issue that made people speechless. After talking, we’ll chew the real taste of life. And these regrets would be contained in the blooming flowers and express your feelings softly in silence. And these words of too late to speak will turn to the motivation of moving on. Learn how to say goodbye with regret, and rebuild the lost connection between each other. The most important thing is to piece together our own lost selves.

婉榕是一個隔代教養的孩子，從小的夢想就是成為跆拳道選手，但這條道路並沒有想像中的順遂，使她頓時失去了方向，因為「Teach for Taiwan」的出現她重新找回了動力，雖然中途也遇到不少挫折，但在重新思考了一切的核心後，她重新找回了自我。

慧娟 郭

因為父親的一次意外昏迷，讓慧娟了解到：談論死亡並不一定是哀傷的氛圍。因此也使他投入相關領域，開始對台灣民眾傳遞如何正面看待「死亡」。 「死亡咖啡館」及「生死桌遊」皆為慧娟為了讓大家能夠以輕鬆的心態學習，這件應該被看重的人生歷程也進而促使人們更珍惜生命、了解生命的價值所在。
