Theme: Reds in Monochrome

Our theme focuses on bringing out the element of achieving the unachievable. Through this theme, we want to enlighten our audience and give them a perspective on how opting for a less-chosen path can make you successful. The topics will highlight untold success stories in the field of art & culture, entrepreneurship, environment, and LGBTQ+. This year's theme is unique and absolute, which denotes the best ways to be professional in your own way. It will help us deliver the message we want to convey to our audience, MBA students who will step into the competitive world soon. As graduates, they will be presented with a plethora of opportunities. This theme will provide an eccentric lens that can guide them to dive into action, especially at this point of their professional journey.

This year's talk will not only be stimulating and motivating but also will capacitate young professionals to think unconventionally and engage in areas that matter to them the most as individuals.

Jyoti has conducted numerous workshops all over the country for professionals, Engineering and MBA students.
