Andrea Barake

Student
Andrea is currently a student at Highlands International School San Salvador. In her spare time, she pursues an interest in soccer and drawing. Andrea is the vice president of her high school's student council. She knows that hard work and effort will help her achieve her goals. Andrea is not afraid of stepping out of her comfort zone and believes this TED talk will open doors to new opportunities in life.

Arianne Carrasco

Marketing manager of Seed Community
Arianne is a marketing manager in a coworking franchise. She is a senior student of Integrated Marketing Communications. Her favorite movies are Billie Eliot, Women Sent, and La La Land. She loves meeting and surrounding herself with different people. She can't live without journaling, playing sports, and enjoying nature and adventure. She considers her family is the greatest gift she has. Ari is an artist and founder of her brand called The Creator, which portrays her art in denim jackets. Her goal in life is to have fun, serve others with leadership and find the beauty hidden in the everyday. The quote that sums her up as a person is "Created to create."

Bianca Rusconi

Head of Marketing and Communication for Central Law
Bianca is a graphic designer, photographer, and food stylist with ten years in the field. She co-founded an advertising and design studio called Spica in 2014. Bianca is a happy wife and mother of two incredible Highlands students. She is known for being authentic, passionate, and always willing to help others. She loves reading and learning about human relationships and has recently healed through the Grief Recovery Method.

José Manuel Zardain

Disruptive entrepreneur
José Manuel Zardain is passionate about disruptive innovation and social entrepreneurship. It has led him to fulfill big dreams as a photographer and entrepreneur. After being a photojournalist in Japan, Zardain founded two renowned photo agencies; he has collaborated with relevant brands such as Cartier, Condé Nast, NFL, Northface, Toyota, and Pedigree. Convinced that education transforms lives, José Manuel founded Zardain Academy. This initiative seeks to provide access to education to everyone without money being a barrier. To this date, Zardain has shared professional and personal development courses with more than 10,000 students worldwide.

Juan Diego Barrientos

My name is Juan Diego Barrientos. I am currently a student at Highlands International School San Salvador. A fun fact about me is that I love extreme sports such as climbing and mountaineering. Next year I am going to start studying medicine here in El Salvador. In my free time, I like to relax, sleep, and like any other young person my age, I'm always on my phone. I love to help others and dedicate part of my time to Regnum Christi apostolates.

Katya is an industrial engineer with expertise in production processes. She has a diploma in pedagogical knowledge for professionals. She is passionate about learning new things that help her grow as a person. With all she has learned, she wants to help others in different aspects of their lives. In her spare time, Katya likes to spend time with her loved ones, clean her house, cook, and play the drums. She is a good listener, loves problem-solving, being creative, and sticking with her values and ethics.
