Theme: Espoir- the silver lining

Our theme for this year is Espoir - the silver lining which aims to showcase speakers who by means of their infinite contributions have created a balance & positively impacted the society. Espoir- a French word which implies a ray of hope signifying the cloud with a silver lining which stands out despite the odds. The talks by our eminent would project ideas based on sustainable growing, nurturing and utilizing the available resources in an effective way to contribute to the ecosystem, divergent thinking, a lucid curriculum to help our youth become better learners and effective ways to make the most of clean energy. These talks will cater to the next generation and would contribute to making a difference to have the opinion and view of the youth.

Dr S G Srinivas

Outstanding engineer, Ambitious educator

Dr S.G.Srinivas is an outstanding engineer turned educator with the ambitious objective of inspiring and encouraging high school students in India so that one of them might win a Nobel Prize in science in their lifetime. He received the Educational Special Magazine Best Teacher Award and the TANA World Science Fair 2013 Best Mentor Award for his assistance of over 1000 student groups from diverse schools. Mr. Srinivas became an entrepreneur and founded 'Power Sense' in Hyderabad to study, design, and manufacture high-quality power inverters. To promote the hands-on learning culture, he established a number of programmes such as 'Young Achievers,' 'Young Scientist Program,' and 'Children Circuits Lab,' which are available directly in schools during the academic year or as summer camps during the vacations. He offers all knowledge at his disposal on www.scientificstudents.com, a free website with no adverts or distractions for youngsters.

Mr Bharat Bansal

Enterprising entrepreneur, Sustainability expert

Mr. Bharat Bansal holds a law degree from CCS University as well as a business degree from Delhi University. He is a co-founder of Nirmalaya, an organic wellness firm founded in 2020 and dedicated to the "Waste to Wellness'' concept. He is working on creating an environment for human well-being through this firm. Mr Bansal enjoys playing PS4 and viewing documentaries and TED Talks. Mr Bansal and his team are on a mission of ridding our country of religious waste and chemical-laden products and use time-tested methods to craft incense that’s good for everyone, and good for the earth.

Mr Narsimha Raju Kuthuri

Intellectual educationist, Innovative Researcher, Futuristic Designer

Kuthuri Narasimha Raju is an educationalist and researcher. He is working towards bridging the gap between the real world and classroom thereby motivating the individuals to identify their innate talent and transform problems to opportunities,since twenty years.He is a Professor in the Electrical and Electronics Department at KL University and also acts as Associate Dean academic Innovations, as a part of which he enables the academics to aid the innovative ideas of the students and transform them to start-ups.He conducts training sessions for working professionals and students in applying design thinking for problem solving in their profession. His research interests are designing power supplies for portable gadgets and algorithms for battery management systems used in electric vehicles. He has published twenty nine research articles in internationally renowned journals and has been mentoring students pursuing PhD and doctoral degrees.

Mr Sandeep Kannan

Sustainable Farmer, Hydroponic Grower,

23 year old,Sandeep Kannan turned down conventional career choices and picked sustainable farming. Now, he earns 54,000 monthly with his #hydroponics harvest.His enterprise,Vyavasai Bhoomi is a nutrient-rich farming initiative, committed to cultivating the best quality leafy greens from the farms. The produce is sold directly to customers, eliminating any intermediaries and delivering fresh, healthy food and harvested just hours before landing on the consumer plate. Sandeep is dedicated to making healthy, affordable, high-quality food more accessible to his consumers while helping the environment and has successfully established the first Hydroponic farm in Tirupati region producing clean, nutritious, flavorful, wholesome food in a high-tech Greenhouse using R.O. water.He has been featured on many reputed social media pages like Better India,BBC Telugu,etc.

Mr Santosh Kumar

Mr.Santhosh Kumar is a company secretary by profession and passionate ventriloquism artist . He has been a regular participant of the international ventriloquism convention in the USA since 2012. He did his diploma under the guidance of Padmasree Dr. N.V.Madhava Garu. He regularly performs for many international schools across India, USA,UAE,UK and Germany. He performed for TV5,TV9. ETV, Doordarshan.He has won many prestigious accolades including the outstanding ventriloquism artiste award for year 2021,as special guest for the Toastmasters International annual event and has been recognised and admired by major IT, Pharma & infra corporates in India and abroad.Mr..Santosh has contributed as a teacher trainer for Center for cultural resources Government of India (CCRT), Aditya Birla Education Trust and as NIE consultant for Times of India.

Divya Guptha, a two-time National Award-Winning Photographer, is an author of the book – "Photography Demystified". A Competent professional with 7+ years of industry and teaching experience in the field of Photography, Film & Media. Having worked with several Universities, Media Schools for Teaching & Mentoring students as well as with Creative Agencies for the Commercial Shoots, she is renowned for her creativity to create fresh looks. Her industry experience includes working with creative agencies and Bollywood actors and actresses for commercial shoots, and as an academician, she has been conducting various workshops and exhibitions.

Ms Haswitha Nithya K

Ms Haswitha Nithya K is an 11 year old studying in Grade 6. Her strengths are memory and grasping Power. She is good at ‘Tongue twisters’ and ‘solving riddles. Her achievements include being the 1st ranker in English Olympiad and Winner of Math Marathon in her school. She wishes to become a successful as a “Detective agent” to achieve her goals.

Environmental activist, Focussed Guide, Robust Sportsperson

Ms K.V. Pranathi,is a ninth-grade student at Ambitus World School in Vijayawada. Her hobbies include drawing and painting, traveling, and listening to music, as well as playing sports such as badminton, basketball, and volleyball. Her dedication to work, as well as her genuineness, timeliness, and honesty, are her strengths.She is an excellent listener to welcome others’ opinions and plays a key role as a team leader in assigned activities at school. She takes immense pride in claiming the strong leadership qualities she possess and looks to further her knowledge by thinking creatively.

Taneshka, a student of Grade VI, an adventurous swimmer, who loves to read fairy tales, and she is also a mini chef of Chinese cuisine. She loves to reflect on her deeds through a personal journal and considers that as a motivator to reinvent herself. She is an empathetic person with a passion for painting.
