Dennis Kenney

Public Speaking Coach and Lecturer at Harvard Business School
Dennis Kenney is a creative director, on-air personality, and media consultant. He has created numerous editorial campaigns for many heavy-hitting brands in the fashion industry as well as styled red carpet looks for Hollywood actresses and Broadway performers for every major award show, including the Academy Awards. He has worked for Good Morning America, ABC News, and QVC as an on-air expert, earning a reputation in the industry as a visionary. He also works as a public speaking expert for Harvard Business School, teaching both doctoral and undergraduate students the art of presenting. He also holds a degree from the prestigious drama program at Carnegie Mellon University.

Jose Rodriguez, Jr.

Given that Jose is a lifelong supporter of his brother Joel who has Asperger's syndrome, he has experience with the daily challenges and obstacles that come with navigating Autism. In addition, Jose has conducted several research projects deepening his knowledge and understanding of Autism, while learning and working with different organizations that support this demographic. He was also raised by a multitude of different family members that are special educators, who have shared their experience, knowledge and understanding of this group of people. Furthermore Jose is a student at Babson College where he continues to acquire more knowledge on how to go about running a successful venture.

The best word to describe Kathleen Jewby didn’t exist in English – so she decided to create it! Inpel©️ or inpelling©️ means to be internally driven to push forward. With a lifetime of experience as a creator and over fourteen years leading an award-winning inhouse student creative team, Kathleen carries this innovative attitude into work and life. Kathleen has written, designed, and printed an annual goal book about creating her life for the past ten years. This intentionality landed her at Babson College to pursue a social entrepreneurship MBA where she will gain the skills needed to start her own business in training and developing personal conflict management, which will fulfill her purpose of changing the paradigm of conflict avoidance.

Kedma Ough

When Kedma was in fifth grade her science teacher wrote in her yearbook “Keep believing in leprechauns, unicorns, and superheroes”. For the last twenty five years, Kedma has used her belief in the impossible to help thousands of inventors and entrepreneurs scale their business concept. Despite experiencing success as a five-time NASCAR championship Pit Crew Coach for drivers Jeff Gordon and Jimmie Johnson and being an on-air analyst for FOX Sports, he couldn’t ditch his feelings of not being enough. Sandra Bravo is an Associate Professor of Practice in Marketing at Babson College specializing in marketing strategy. In addition, she is the Founder and President of the 440K Project, Inc., a 501(c)(3) whose mission is to educate the nation about the plight of foster children and make fundamental and substantial changes to the foster care system for better outcomes for children. Sandy is the former founder and owner of Bravo Communications, a consulting company which provided strategic and communications marketing initiatives to small and medium sized organizations in the New England region. She holds an M.B.A. from Babson College and a B.A. from UMass Dartmouth.

Sarah Gaer

Sarah Gaer holds a Master’s Degree from Antioch University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and has 25 years experience in mental health care. Her early career was started working with children in residential programs, therapeutic schools, therapeutic outreach, and substance use treatment.
