Abby Havermann is a transformation junkie, authenticity enthusiast, and life-long seeker of truth and social justice. Her longing to discuss elephants in living rooms led to a career in psychotherapy, where she created a shame-evaporating space for people to hear their otherwise bullied intuitions. Now a dynamic coach, speaker, writer, and trainer dedicated to facilitating sustainable change, Abby combines her neuroscience study, teaching people how to re-wire their brains, adapt, and transcend prior limitations. Abby weaves warmth, wit, and vulnerability into her work with individuals and organizations. She’s a best-selling contributor to The Beauty of Authenticity, featured in Letters to Me, a contributor to Kiplinger magazine, and is currently working on her memoir, House of Cards.

Nelson left her home state in 2018 on a soul quest for a fresh start in sunny Colorado. The freedom and anonymity of a new setting allowed her to find and share her voice as an artist and troubadour. Her debut single released on all streaming platforms in July 2022 followed by a soundtrack single for the short film, Outlawz, shot in her hometown, Tacoma, WA. Nelson continues to hone her craft and develop a multi-genre sound while working as an independent musician and self employed marketing consultant. Her debut album will be released pending funding.

Heather and Gracie Lutze

Activist & Founder, Crazy Good Life Project
I’ve faced bipolar 2 Disorder all my life. The more career stress I felt, the more vulnerable I became, and the older and less resilient I was, the less I was able to cope. When my own highs became too high and my own lows too low, I knew I couldn’t get control of my life by myself. My marriage was rocky, my family estranged. I began to have suicidal thoughts. That’s when I knew I needed help. I went to a therapist and was diagnosed with Bipolar 2 Disorder. I took control of my life by going to therapy, taking my meds and my doctor prescribed, to my surprise, a Psychiatric Service Dog, I just needed to find the dog. Gracie came into my life. We saved each other. This is why I founded The Crazy Good Life Project. At crazygoodlife.com, we encourage real conversations around all issues related to mental health, including meds, therapy and role of PSDs. CrazyGoodLife.com For More Information.
