In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Aniruddha Kenge, is a young innovator and environmental entrepreneur taking path-breaking, mammoth steps to be the game changer and eradicate this problem of plastic pollution. A former Ashoka student, 20 years old, Aniruddha is currently de-carbonizing plastics by using plants.

Jehan Manekshaw is the Founder Director of Theatre Professionals. He is also Founder and Head of School at the Drama School Mumbai. For the Drama School Mumbai, Jehan leads design and implementation of the school’s one year full time Post Graduate course in Acting and Theatre Making, he works collaboratively with a community of 35+ highly qualified practicing theatre professionals who design and execute the schools collectively planned curriculum. He directly mentors and supports a community of 90+ graduates of this program, and builds partnerships across theatre institutions all towards the strengthening of the training and skilling practitioners in order to build a more robust ecosystem for the dramatic arts.
