Jamie is a Master of Occupational Therapy / Founder of Outsmart ADHD / Co-founder of Be Unemployable / ADHD Coach / ADHD Advocate.Jamie did not allow the constraints of growing up in poverty, her father’s addictions, or her mother’s death to define the limits of her success. As the founder of Outsmart ADHD, she coaches women with ADHD to overcome obstacles in their daily lives, often stemming from childhood trauma and having a misunderstood brain. She believes that ADHDers are the most creative and capable humans on the planet, and with the right guidance and support, their lives can reflect it. She is also the Co-founder of Be Unemployable, a podcast and educational brand for neurodivergent business owners.

Maggie Isley is also the co-founder of Be Unemployable, a podcast and educational brand for neurodivergent entrepreneurs. She fled corporate America after 15 years to start a creative business. After she 10x’d her company’s revenue, entrepreneurs approached her for coaching. That’s when she had a revelation that business plateaus are rarely just business problems. Working exclusively with a neurodivergent population, she found a connection between people becoming stuck in their own professional growth and their current state of healing from past trauma.

Paul Zegarac

Growing up Paul was interested in getting into politics to create a large scale positive change in the world. After his brain-cancer and darkness journey he discovered how much change can occur from turning one’s attention inward using various breathing/body/mind practices he drew from various cultures. He believes that an external approach to change should be balanced with an internal approach, and so his interest in a conventional political route shifted to sharing with others the tools and knowledge which helped him be able to change from within. Through inward venturing, alongside learning about the mind, Paul became fascinated with the idea of the placebo effect, which he feels desperately needs redefining and researching to better serve humanity.
