Time seems to be a very fast-passing thing. For the past 3 years, we have dramatically shifted our perception of the world in that we live. We realize that it comes down to one aspect that is bigger than ourselves & connects us all. It is Aspiration - a strong desire to achieve our goal, to make the place that we live in better. Aspiration is hoped that keeps each and every one of us to be constantly inspired for the greater good.

Denise Truong

Founder/ CEO of TYDE consulting

Certified Trainer & Coach. Community builder. French-born Asian from the Alps, Denise Truong is the founder and CEO of TYDE, a consulting firm specializing in HR, Change Management, and leadership development. Since 2017, Denise has been calling Ho Chi Minh city her home, as she found her path in this vibrant city, she then reconnected herself to her true, seem-to-be-lost passion - which is Human Interaction and Emotional Development. She strongly believes in the African saying "UBUNTU” (I am because we are). She is passionate about this old saying because she sees that each version of who we are every new day, is added up by every single fiber of the whole community. This is the reason why she represents the community Trash Hero which raises awareness of our daily consumption habits and promotes sustainable living in Ho Chi Minh city.

Kelly Wong

Vice President, Game Entertainment at VNG Corporation

While leading VNG’s games business, Kelly oversees VNG’s business strategy. Kelly has lived in Vietnam since 2004 & held multiple leadership positions within various organizations, including serving as the Vice President and Group CFO at KIDO Group (formerly known as Kinh Do Corporation), Executive Chairman at Red Wok Investments (RWI), & Managing Director of Investment Banking at Ho Chi Minh Securities Corporation (HSC). He has deep expertise in investment and M&A across various industries, including food and beverage, media & advertising, mobile telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, retail, and real estate. He also worked at several nonprofit organizations, including SEO-Vietnam as a Board Director & the Canadian Chamber of Commerce as its President. Having worked in different industries has sharpened Mr. Kelly Wong’s multidimensional perspectives, which have aided him as he ventured into the game industry.

Khanh Truong Hoang Van

Gen Z Artist, Singer/ Song-writer

As a GenZ artist, Cece stands for independence, self-love, and letting her voice be heard. She hopes to spread positivity, create a safe space, and encourage others to express their true personality. And if her music can do that, to Cece, that is her own success. Possessing a soulful mezzo-soprano vocal range, she is known for her RnB, soul, and pop sound. Born into a musical family Cam Van – Khac Trieu, Cece Truong is a new leading GenZ recording artist with the two singles Virus (2020), Tự Mình Làm Mình Đau (2022), and a wide range of cover songs established on Youtube & Tiktok. At TEDxĐaKao, CeCe Truong will represent her generation to empower the idea of being proactive. Primarily, through her journey of developing a music career, her stories are about inspiring women of any age to take charge of their life, dream, and passion for living up to the fullest.

Minh Hieu Ngo

Threat Hunter at National Cybersecurity Monitoring Center

Ngo Minh Hieu, also known as HieuPC. He is currently a Threat Hunter at the National Cybersecurity Monitoring Center (NCSC) and Co-Founder of ChongLuaDao (ChongLuaDao.vn). In 2021, he and his team launched the non-profit project "Chong Lua Dao" to warn users of websites with bad content and fake or malicious code to raise the security awareness of Vietnamese people in cyberspace and alert them to unsafe websites. Besides ChongLuaDao, Minh Hieu also actively participates in non-profit organizations and community projects such as "Green Shield Campaign" CyberKid Vietnam, where he served as a Counselor Specialist with the goal of creating a safe internet environment for the community. At the same time, he is a threat contributor at APWG, PhishTank, VirusTotal, URLScan, and ScamAdviser. Hieu will be sharing the importance of your personal data and privacy, and why the lack of access control regarding personal information can put individuals at risk for fraud and identity theft.

Ruby Nguyen

Founder/CEO @Curieous; Serial Entrepreneur, Podcaster; Writer

Ruby Nguyen is a relentless and idealistic Vietnamese entrepreneur with 11 years of experience. Ruby co-founded her first education startup in 2013 when she was 24 years old, brought it to million-dollar revenue in the first year, and achieved profitability in the second year of operation. In 2018, she joined ELSA - an AI application for learning English as a second language - as Country GM where she grew the app user base from the early stage to 4.5 Million people. In 2020, she joined Vietcetera as COO & helped fuel the growth to a 10M+ audience network. Currently, she’s building her 2nd startup called Curieous, a knowledge-first professional network for microlearning & micro knowledge sharing on the job. Curieous is backed by world-renowned angels & VC firms. She was the host of Vietnam Innovators, a thought-leading business podcast series, & will be launching a new series called “Chuyện Chuyên Nghiệp with Ruby Nguyễn” (The Career Debate) soon.
