Mayoor School, Noida is delighted to present the first edition of TEDx Youth on September 3, 2022 on the theme, Be The Voice, wherein TEDx aficionados, leading thinkers and visionaries will come together on a common dais to foster inspiration and celebrate conversation that matter. The platform will host six outstanding speakers who are redefining success and have fascinating insights for imparting to the youth- the harbingers of change. These great minds and influencers who are actively contributing to bring a change in the society for good have challenged the existing social norms, questioned their own abilities to improve, and subsequently have transformed their situation into a world of possibilities and alternatives. TEDx Mayoor organization passionately believes that even a few powerful ideas can facilitate a change in our outlook which is empowering and energizing.

Exuberant Aayush Jain is the Founder and President of Teens of God, a platform where teenagers get together and work for the upliftment of the underprivileged strata of the society. A young social activist and visionary, Aayush is the leader of his own life and makes use of each and every opportunity that comes his way. Currently pursuing BBA from North Cap University, he is passionate about Photography and believes in thinking out of the box. Driven by the zeal to experience new things in his life, Aayush is a life-long learner who exemplifies the empathetic voice of the youth.

Anurag Tripathi: IRPS, Secretary CBSE and a visionary Senior bureaucrat Anurag Tripathi, Secretary of the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is a 1998 batch officer of Indian Railway Personnel Service (IRPS) who envisions a robust, vibrant and holistic school education that will engender excellence in every sphere of human endeavour. A post-graduate from JNU, Mr. Tripathi is a team leader who is extremely positive, innovative and creative. Guided by the adage, ‘Where there is a will there is way’, he recommends an education system which aims at building future ready global citizens. A motivational speaker, he loves interacting with the youth and embodies their confident and enthusiastic voice.

Arpan Khosla

Stand-up Comedian

Arpan Khosla is a professional stand-up comedian of repute. He has performed more than 400 comedy shows and stage events in various cities of India. A graduate from the University of Delhi, Arpan has been featured in TOI, HT, The Talented Indian, Amar Ujala, Navbharat Times, etc. and has given performances on TV via MH1 & CNN News 18. Co-founder of a content tech platform called Rhymly, he has gathered huge acclaim for his comedy event, Khosla ka Hausla. Loves to call himself a Pomedian- a fusion of a poet and a comedian, he is an illustrious icon of Gen Z.

Nimisha Pandey

National Level Badminton Player and Student Activist

Alumni of Mayoor School, Noida, Nimisha Pandey is currently pursuing BA (Hons) in Psychology from Delhi University. Young, exuberant and talented Nimisha believes in her dreams and immensely enjoys the challenges that arise in accomplishing them. She is a national level badminton player par excellence and has won several national, state and district level titles. Furthermore, she is a passionate public speaker and has bagged huge accolades in debating. With her oratory skills and intuitive insight, today she is a powerful young voice.

RJ Simran Kohli

Founder-Director at Radio Jockified, Radio Consultant, Creative Head

RJ Simran Kohli is the Founder-Director at Radio Jockified who has a rich experience of more than 25 years in Radioing with renowned radio stations like Mirchi Plus, 92.7 BIG FM, Radio City, etc. Former creative head and morning host at Red FM, she is hugely accredited for launching "Morning #1" and the "Bajate Raho" tradition. A radio consultant at Unicef since 2013, RJ Simran helps create awareness of child issues by engaging with the Radio FM network. She has also conceptualised the setting up of a radio station at Tihar jail and her brainchild, ‘Speak for Change Foundation’-a coming together of radio professionals to entertain, empower, and inform for change encompasses the vociferous voice of the youth.

Wing Commander Satyam Kushwaha (Retd): Director, Indian Space Association. Fighter Pilot, Entrepreneur. Wg. Cdr. Satyam Kushwaha (Retd), presently Director of Indian Space Association (IspA) is a veteran Fighter Pilot, Entrepreneur, Innovator, Geospatial Evangelist and a National Security Strategist with a rich experience of more than 26 years in Military Aviation, Policy Planning, Strategy and Programme Design and Geo-Intelligence analysis for both Defence and Infrastructure. He also founded KRANTII (Knowledge, Resources, Analytics, Networks, Technology, Innovation & Integration) in 2016, an online Think Tank and Voluntary Group engaged in National Building and Social Service related Activities which was deeply involved in saving more than 3500 lives during Covid 2nd Wave (2021) across India.
